St Brigid’s is one of three Catholic Primary schools in St Patrick’s Parish. It is situated in the township of Ballan, in the Shire of Moorabool approximately 20 minutes from Ballarat along the Western Highway.

St Brigid’s School has an enrolment of approximately 90 students which is divided into four classroom units. Therefore, class sizes are close to 20 facilitating a very good teacher/student ratio.

Sporting and social occasions are regularly held with schools in the district. Community events such as Ballan Autumn Festival and Red Cross Art Show are supported by St Brigid’s school.

A bus services the school from Greendale and Mt Wallace areas.
